LGM Casting Machine Working Principle
The LGM casting machine operates based on mature evaporative pattern casting technology. Firstly, qualified EPS foam patterns (white parts) are customized and processed according to workpiece drawings. After refractory coating and constant-temperature drying, the foam patterns are buried in dry loose sand without binders. Through precise three-dimensional vibration compaction and negative pressure vacuum fixing, the moulding sand forms a stable cavity structure.
During pouring, the high-temperature molten metal vaporizes and replaces the EPS foam patterns automatically. After cooling and solidification, the sand material collapses naturally, and finished castings can be taken out directly. The whole production process is stable and efficient, effectively avoiding common casting defects and greatly improving the finished product yield.
