Introduction
The Vibrating feeder sand reclamation uses symmetrically mounted vibration motors as its power source. These motors create a continuous motion that propels materials upward at an angle and then allows them to fall vertically, effectively combining conveying and screening functions. Equipped with perforated plates and stainless steel screens, the machine efficiently classifies materials based on particle size. Its high vibration frequency ensures excellent screening performance.

Our company specializes in designing, manufacturing, installing, and commissioning turnkey clay sand processing lines. The clay sand production line employs an advanced eddy current centrifugal mechanical regeneration device. Used sand is precisely delivered onto a high-speed rotating regeneration disk, where it is propelled to the surrounding wear-resistant rings under centrifugal force. Through repeated friction and collisions between the sand particles and the wear-resistant rings, the adhesive film on the sand’s surface is effectively removed. The regenerated sand then falls from the wear rings and disk.
Simultaneously, a fan aligned with the regeneration disk generates a strong upward airflow to separate the dust and adhesive film from the sand, ensuring the recycled sand meets stringent process requirements. This treatment significantly reduces dead clay content, minimizes new sand usage, and enhances the mixed sand’s wet compressive strength, fluidity, and permeability.

The clay sand processing system is ideal for recycling old sand and mixing molding sand in manual and static pressure molding lines, vertical parting boxless molding lines, and other mechanized automatic molding systems.

Available capacities for the sand treatment system include 20t/h, 40t/h, 60t/h, 80t/h, 100t/h, 120t/h, 200t/h, and 240t/h, catering to diverse production needs.
