Working Process of EPS Casting Machine

The operation of our EPS casting machine follows mature and stable evaporative pattern casting technology, cooperating perfectly with supporting EPS foam pattern making machine, pattern coating machine, automatic sand filling system and vacuum negative pressure system. The whole production flow is simple and reliable with low failure rate. First of all, customized EPS foam white patterns are manufactured according to customer product drawings, which simulate the final shape of finished castings accurately. After uniform refractory coating and constant temperature drying treatment, the qualified foam patterns are buried in dry loose silica sand without any chemical binders.
With the help of three-dimensional vibration compaction and negative pressure vacuum shaping, the dry sand forms a rigid and stable mould cavity. During pouring, high-temperature molten iron, molten steel or aluminum alloy liquid vaporizes and replaces the EPS foam patterns completely. After natural cooling and solidification, the vacuum system is released, the molding sand collapses automatically, and flawless finished castings are obtained. The matched sand reclamation equipment can recycle and reuse nearly all molding sand, realizing circular production for foundries.
