The clay sand production line utilizes an eddy current centrifugal mechanical regeneration system. Used sand is evenly fed onto a high-speed regeneration disk, where centrifugal force propels it against a wear ring. Through continuous friction and collision, the adhesive film on the sand’s surface is effectively removed. The regenerated sand then falls off, while an integrated fan creates a powerful airflow to separate dust and debris, ensuring the recycled sand meets process requirements.
Post-treatment, the reclaimed sand has low dead clay content, reduced new sand requirements, and enhanced qualities such as improved wet compressive strength, flowability, and permeability.
The sand molding equipment system is ideal for recycling and mixing molding sand in manual and automated molding lines, including static pressure lines and vertical parting boxless molding lines.Available sand treatment capacities range from 20t/h to 240t/h, with options such as 40t/h, 60t/h, 80t/h, 100t/h, 120t/h, and 200t/h to suit diverse production needs.
